Ryan Hicks has more than a decade of sales experience in the real estate, telecommunications, and IT industries. Within the last 5 years, he has founded On Point, a networking/IT service company and has been awarded the position of Chief Technological Officer of LeConte Realty. Earlier in his career, Ryan was an Account Executive of a world leading voice and internet solution provider. Ryan's broad experience helped to build the technological infrastructure of The LeConte Group which is the umbrella company of LeConte Realty and LeConte Financial Services.

Ryan's strengths include consulting with prospective customers to formulate effective, diverse strategies for a quick and effective sale. He is an expert business partner who has reviewed and built countless successful
marketing plans. He complements his remarkable career with integrity, ambition, and a relentless effort to make the sale. Ryan is an invaluable resource for planning and executing diverse real estate transactions. He has successfully marketed and has negotiated various types of high priced transactions. Ryan has closed numerous acquisitions, handling the purchase/sale agreements, performing due diligence in closing the transactions, and assisting in the structural review and legal integration.

Ryan has developed expertise in building and maintaining diverse professional relationships. He has consistently averaged 125% to plan and maintained 40% of the office production. He has been named the prestigious President's Club Award Winner and is accomplished in building solid and effective relationships with attorneys, insurance agents, inspectors, and other real estate agents.

Ryan real estate and technological training is exceptional. He has a degree in Engineering Science from Bergen Community College; a degree in Network Systems from the Cittone Institute; Computer and Network Technology from Berkeley College; and Architectural Design from Lincoln Tech. When not working, Ryan enjoys time with his family and friends at Hunter Mountain skiing and snowboarding. He has traveled to many countries and has visited many sea side resorts around the world. His wife is a kindergarten teacher in an avid school district and currently pursuing her Master's Degree.
