There is no required credit score. However, we find that people with a 650 or higher are more likely to be accepted.
If the credit score is bad then it is suggested to have a co-signer.
Typically, we ask for the most recent two pay stubs.
We suggest providing a letter from employer as well as tax return and a bank statement showing deposits from your employer.
We accept Section 8 for all of our listings. You will still need to submit your proof of income as well as your credit report.
If you decided to move forward on renting any apartment we should you, you will find the application and credit release form under Resources. Fill out the application and the credit release and email it back to your broker. We also need a copy of your full credit report, If you do not have a credit report, we can run one for you at a cost of $35.00 per applicant. All of our apartments include a one month broker fee, which is earned and due at the signing of the lease.
