Susan has more than 17 years of real estate, general management, and transaction experience in the real estate industry. Within the last 5 years, she has established DaniDrew Holdings, a real estate holding company, which flips and rents residential real estate. Earlier in her career, Susan was the Controller of The Gucci Group, and a tax accountant for Merrill Lynch. Susan's broad experience helped to build her generalist approach to managing and cultivating LeConte Realty Corporation and DaniDrew Holdings.
Susan earned her BS Accounting degree from Rutgers Business School in New Brunswick, NJ. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker as well as a licensed Mortgage Broker.

Susan's strengths include analytical approach to properly pricing properties for a quick and effective sale. She is a master negotiator, trained by Chris Voss, renowned FBI hostage negotiator. She is an expert business planner who has reviewed and built countless successful marketing plans, for exceptional properties to rentals. She complements the depth and breadth of her experience with wisdom, enthusiasm, energy, and a positive, make-the-sale attitude. Susan has closed numerous acquisitions, handling the purchase/sale agreements, performing due diligence in closing the transactions, and assisting in the structural review and legal integration.
Susan has developed expertise in building and maintaining diverse professional relationships. She is particularly skilled in dealing with sellers. She has served on Real Estate Committees and has made countless presentations to them, leaving her extremely comfortable with sellers, buyers, and investors, especially at the negotiating table. She is also accomplished in building solid and effective relationships with attorneys, insurance agents, inspectors, and other real estate agents.
When not working, Susan loves watching her children play sports and enjoys time with her family in Long Beach Island. She is an avid traveler who has visited many places around the world and has visited most of the US. Her husband is a high school Special Education Supervisor and together they have a 15 year old daughter and an 9 year old son.
