Susan LeConte is an award-winning realtor who has served as an agent, broker, investor, renovation

project manager, and property manager over her 20-year real estate career. Susan’s deep experience

and broad perspective, financial and legal acumen, and straight-forward honesty and professional

Susan founded LeConte Realty in 2009 with a commitment to providing the highest level of service to

her clients, to fully understand their objectives, and to work tirelessly to deliver outstanding outcomes,

after having started to build her reputation at another Bergen County real estate agency in 2006. Prior

to her time in real estate, Susan was as a tax accountant at Merrill Lynch, and then rose to the position

of Controller at The Gucci Group. As Chief Executive Officer of LeConte Realty, Susan guides the

Company’s strategy, encourages its client-focused culture, and manages all aspects of the firm.

Susan possesses in-depth knowledge of the Bergen County real estate market, where she has cultivated

strong relationships and fostered respect from sellers, buyers, investors, property developers, and

industry professionals, including attorneys, appraisers, title agents, and inspectors. She excels at pricing

properties effectively, establishing marketing strategies for a diverse range of properties, and

understanding and managing risk. Susan is a skilled negotiator, having been trained by renowned FBI

negotiator Chris Voss.

Susan lives in Hasbrouck Heights with her husband, the Director of Special Services for the Lodi Board of Education, and two children, a daughter who is a college student, and a son who is in middle school. She is an accomplished musician and singer, currently performing with a Bergen County acapella group that performs and competes internationally. In 2023, the group completed a 7 show tour through Ireland. She also plays  piano and flute. Susan loves to travel to awe-inspiring, fascinating, and exciting places. She cherishes family time on Long Beach Island and in Florida.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University (Class of 1995) and is a licensed

Real Estate and Mortgage Broker. Beyond her professional commitments, Susan is active in her

community through the Hasbrouck Heights Lincoln School PTA and the Hasbrouck Heights Green Team.
